AIO Weather

Contact

One inbox, read by the person who writes the code.

Email aio.weatherapp@gmail.com for anything at all. AIO Weather is a one-person project, so replies usually take a day or two — but they come from someone who can actually fix the thing you're writing about.

Something's broken

Tell us your city, what you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot helps enormously. In the app you can also use Settings → Send Feedback, which sends the same message without opening your mail app.

A feature you want

Genuinely welcome, and genuinely read. A lot of what's in the app now started as someone's email.

Your subscription

Billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Cancel at Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something looks wrong on our end, write to us.

Privacy and your data

To delete your account and everything in it, open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. For access, correction or any other data request, email us and say what you need — see the privacy policy.

Press and partnerships

Same address — aio.weatherapp@gmail.com. App icon and screenshots can be sent on request.

Reporting something urgent

If a member of one of your Family Circles is behaving in a way that concerns you, the circle owner can remove them, and you can leave the circle at any time from the Family tab. Then email us with the details and we will act on it.

For an actual emergency, or dangerous weather happening right now, contact your local emergency services — not us. AIO Weather is not a substitute for official warnings.

Where we are

AIO Weather is developed independently in the United States. There is no phone line and no office — email is the way in, and it works.
