By using the AIO Weather app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. The service

AIO Weather provides weather forecasts, radar, severe-weather alerts, news and related features for informational purposes, through an iPhone app, an Apple Watch app, and this website. The free version includes advertising; an optional paid subscription ("AIO Weather Pro") unlocks additional features and removes ads from the app.

This website is a free companion to the app. Some features — including Family Circles, forecast radar, notifications and Live Activities — exist only in the app.

2. Subscriptions

• AIO Weather Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (yearly or monthly), purchased through your Apple App Store account.
• Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• People who bought AIO Weather while it was a paid app keep Pro features at no charge on the same Apple account.
• Prices may change; a change applies only to renewals after you have been notified as Apple requires.

3. Weather information — important

Do not rely on AIO Weather for decisions involving safety, life, or property. Forecasts, radar and alerts come from third-party sources, can be wrong, delayed or unavailable, and are provided "as is." In severe weather, always follow official guidance from your local authorities and the National Weather Service (or your country's equivalent). Aviation information in the app is for reference only and must not be used for flight planning or operations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app or this website — including attempting to reverse engineer them, interfering with their operation, scraping or reselling their data feeds, or circumventing subscription features or advertising.

5. Accounts

An account is optional and is needed only for Family Circles. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at Settings → Delete Account.

6. Family Circles and content from other people

Circles are invite-only. You choose who to invite and who to accept a code from, and you can leave a circle or turn off location sharing at any time. Display names, circle names and place names are written by members, and quick replies are chosen from a preset list. You are responsible for what you share and for who you invite. If someone in a circle is behaving in a way that concerns you, the circle owner can remove them, and you can leave and report it to us at the address below. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or any loss of data, profits or property, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app or website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to the service or these terms

We may add, change or remove features at any time. We may update these terms; the current version is always posted at this address with its date. Continuing to use the app or website after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
